Let’s move on. So now we’re looking at valuing women and men’s contributions equally. So a number of questions in this area. we’re not going to spend a huge amount of time on on these last two sections as I said but you can read those questions and what you want to remember is the advice that pledge for parity international women’s day provides which is look for diverse perspectives. Don’t just think that a women’s view is right or an engineers for you is right or an English person’s view is right. Seek out different perspectives, because that
provides an environment for innovation, for creativity and for success when if
you’re somebody is in the fortunate position of building teams build diverse
teams make sure you’ve got a good blend of different people in your team
and make sure you have the skills to manage that, because that’s quite challenging so develop yourself in managing diverse teams and make sure
when you engage in networks to just go to women’s networks, engage in mixed networks so that you can develop and hear different perspectives and you can
increase your understanding about unconscious bias.
