I am passionate about all humans having a fair crack at work.
I lead research into the impact of privilege on performance and opportunity at work, and my contribution to empowering under-represented groups at work has been recognised in Washington through an award from The International Alliance of Women.
Clients call me their 'Strategic Pioneer' because I work with them - Professional Leaders and their teams, to navigate complex situations such that they achieve success with clarity, confidence and courage. My focus is to cultivate mindsets and cultures that acknowledge valuable difference, inclusive behaviours and authentic leadership. I thrive on creating innovative ways of addressing current challenges by working with multi-skilled teams.
I advise, consult, train and coach senior leaders - facilitating them to develop themselves and their teams by creating and implementing inspirational strategies that engage colleagues – resulting in increased psychological safety, connection and tangible value.
Drawing on 30+ years of enabling transformational projects around the world, I impact Leaders to create and implement inspirational strategies that engage their teams and transform the culture of their organisation. I underpin that with coaching leaders through a compassionate, intuitive and incisive approach to develop themselves and their teams to success by following through on the strategy, and also advise on the mobilisation and communication approaches required. Leaders experience personal growth in their ability to motivate sustained change for themselves and their organisations.
